We’ll tackle the "faff."
In session 1, we review your results from your online profitability audit and dig deeper into the areas that are causing you the most pain.
We identify those necessary business tasks that drain your energy, and keep you locked in the back office so that we can start planning how to minimise them.
In session 2, I’ll show you what you can do right now to start reducing your workload. So that you leave the session with practical steps to implement. -

We start your transformation.
We’ll run through the transformation plan I have created for you, and start laying the ground work for change.
These 2 sessions will see us start to build the structure you need to ensure your business can support your lifestyle for the long term.
We’ll bring in some operational principles - and whilst that sounds quite corporate (and scary) you’ll see how we adapt to your business needs, size and your level of tech ‘savviness’. -

Change but at your pace.
We both know trying to implement a ton of changes in your business all at once is never going to stick - You are already busy enough!
This is why ‘Bitesize’ works, we meet, have a quick review of the stuff you improved since last time, and fix any sticking points.
We keep the momentum going by adding the next bitesize step. And if there is an emerging issue or you just didn’t have the time we adjust - giving you the help you need, when you need it.
