Cancellation Policy 

To ensure we can provide the maximum number of appointments to business owners who want to make a change, we must operate a cancellation policy.

  1. Notification: If you need to cancel your appointment, please use the link in the confirmation email, at least 3 days before your scheduled appointment time.

  2. Cancellations: Cancellations received between 3 days & 24hours before the appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%. Late cancellations (24hours or less before the appointment) will be charged the full cost of the service.

  3. No Show: If you do not attend your appointment and do not provide a timely cancellation notice, you will be charged the full cost of the service.

  4. Refunds: Payments made are non-refundable, however you may use your payment to reschedule or select another service within the specified time limits of this cancellation policy.

    Reschedule: If you need to reschedule, please use the link in the confirmation email at least 3 working days before your scheduled appointment time.

  5. Changes: We reserve the right to revise our cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
